Welcome to the 4th Annual Central Alberta Children’s Festival. On behalf of Family Services of Central Alberta (your Red Deer Parent Link centre), we extend an invitation to all attendees to enjoy the festival, participate and learn from the activities. This event would not be possible without dedicated volunteers, sponsors and supports. I would like to personally thank the members of the organizing committee for their leadership and vision and in particular the talented Judy Scott.
