Here are a few helpful hints to make the best of your day at our festival:
Dress for the Weather:
Rain or shine the festival will go on!! Make sure to pack a raincoat or umbrella for the wet days and sunscreen for the sunny days!!
Parking:
Parking is limited due to other events happening in the Recreation Centre. Make use of the public transportation. Parking is available at the Red Deer Arena, as well as some street parking. Plan ahead and ride with a friend.
Nourish the soul and the Belly:
We have snack stops in the park for your pleasure. You will be able to get a nutritious snack. This is all part of your gate admission. We have no other vendors in the park so please feel free to pack your picnic lunch and enjoy it in the picnic area. Bring your own refillable water bottle to refresh yourself at the snack stop.
Be Safe:
Don’t forget the buddy system! All children must be accompanied by an adult. Respect the personal space of all the performers by ensuring that your children are at a safe distance.
Most of all bring the family and come enjoy a day of fun
